 I just want to thank you all for your constant love and support throughout my last few years! It has been a POWERFUL journey and the last few months have been even more expansive than I could have imagined! I want to share with you what is happening with me and the GROOVE Method Internationally so that you can understand the full extent of what it is that we do. All over the world GROOVE classes are reaching thousands of people a day, helping people to LOVE their bodies, be more confident, comfortable and fluid, connect as a community, allowing UNIQUENESS and to create a life from HAPPINESS instead of obligation or routine. We have been DREAMING BIG and living life BIGGER! I cannot even being to describe the powerful amounts of things that have been happening lately, but I do know that this Method is meant to reach the MASSES On a large scale. It is already starting to happen and I would LOVE for YOU to be a part of the beauty and expansion of it all!
