I am so ridiculously excited about all of the epic events happening in the next few days before I leave for Australia!
I want to share my journey of going to Australia because I think it is pretty powerful.
As I am stepping into being a Master Trainer and International Presenter for the GROOVE Method Inc TM I am presenting with many amazing opportunities which I am constantly in awe about. One was to go to Australia and teach in schools as well as a to do a certification and Master classes in November.

Hello Friends!
After spending the summer travelling, working with Right To Play on a contract with a Native Youth Program (videos to come :)) doing a few GROOVE certificaitons and spending lots of time with the co creators of the GROOVE Method Misty and Mel, I am feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and inspired to share with you what I have learned from people who are living their dreams and following their bliss.
I have also been spending a lot of time reflecting on my journey over the last year as I realised I have accomplished so many of my dreams and goals in such a short period of time! |

Hello Groovy people! I

the Groove Method as we are looking for more people to be a part of our
ridiculously fun Groove flashmob and dance party in the middle of Pride
next Saturday at 5pm!!! Prime time, hundreds of thousands of people,
this is going to be EPIC!

Have you ever been in a flashmob?
Have you ever started just dancing randomly in public and watched as so many people around you light up!?
Are you feeling stressed and want to step outside your comfort zone?
I am SO excited for our flashmob that is coming up next Saturday May 7, 2011 at 12:30 pm. Yes this is not a flashmob that we are keeping secret. This is a HUGE flashmob that we want to tell EVERYONE about! So tell your friends, tell your family, tell your dog (oh wait, no dogs allowed! sorry) and watch this |
